Any usage of photographs for commercial purposes or for the promotion or marketing of other businesses requires prior written permission from Studio 113. This includes but is not limited to using photographs in advertising campaigns, on commercial websites, or for any other profit-driven ventures. Permission for such usage must be obtained in writing and agreed upon by both parties before any commercial usage is permitted.
Copyright and Ownership
Studio 113 retains all copyright and ownership rights to all photographs captured during sessions or events. Clients are granted a license for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell photographs without prior written consent from Studio 113.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any individuals included in the photographs captured by Studio 113. This includes obtaining permission from parents or guardians for minors and ensuring that any recognizable individuals have consented to being photographed.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio 113 and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected to the client's use of the photographs captured by Studio 113, including but not limited to any unauthorized commercial usage.
Changes

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Studio 113 for your photography needs. We strive to provide exceptional service and products to our clients. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Retainer Fees
Retainer fees are non-refundable, except in the case of photographer cancellation. In the event that Studio 113 cancels a scheduled session or event, the retainer fee will be refunded in full to the client.
Products
Products purchased through Studio 113, such as prints, albums, or other physical or digital products, are not eligible for refunds. However, if a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, clients may request a replacement of the same product. Studio 113 reserves the right to request proof of damage or fault before issuing a replacement.
Session Fees
Session fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once services have been rendered. This includes but is not limited to portrait sessions, event coverage, and other photography services provided by Studio 113.
Cancellation Policy
